Random Ramblings
I noticed that i've not updated anything on culinary course itself. I've only shown pictures of food and pretty plate presentions. Well, today im here to show a few pictures taken in the class or some, during classes. =D
The picture above was taken during fish-deboning class. Well it's called butchery class actually. We learnt how to debone and how to fillet a fish. On top of that, we learnt how to cut the fillets into different style. During that class, we learnt how to cut prawns, killed or "processed" lobsters, openend osyters, clams, mussels and other seafoods. We actually had a butchery class on chicken but i've forgotten to take pictures for that class.
This one the dude from Melaka. I think this picture was taken during class. I didnt know my phone can actually produce such fine pictures. =D
Another small kid who wanna be like usher. but....it's gonna take a long way for him to be so. HEHEHE!
