Tongue-ed.
Those of you who thinks chef students are having a great time, im here to tell u that we're not. Oh ,well sometimes we do because we get to eat alot ( hence the pants are getting tighter) but on other occasions, we are also forced to eat silly-gross-looking stuffs. Such as ox tongue!and ox liver and ox tribe ( stomach).
And the procedure of cooking it...........was so........gross too.
So yeah. urs truly got freaked out and the chef made me cut chicken livers. Im okay with that but not eating things that smells like...shit. Gross.
Below is the first produce of a decorated cake. My partner and i did that. We tried out best and..that is wat blackforest look like, to our interpretation at least. =D
